The University of New Hampshire's Hospitality Management students are pleased to present "The Flavor of Jazz"

On the nights of November 14^th and 15^th students of the Hospitality Management program will be presenting "The Flavor of Jazz". This seven course gourmet dinner will showcase the unique flavors from cities across the United States and the jazz music that emanates from those regions.

Some menu items include braised short rib ravioli and tenderloin with potatoes gnocchi.
