Executive MBA

The Whittemore School's Executive MBA program is the only Executive MBA program north of Boston and is held at the Portsmouth Sheraton Harborside Hotel in historic downtown Portsmouth. This program targets mid- to senior-level professionals with multiple years of work experience who are looking for a top-level business degree and to expand their network and learn from other professionals.

The Executive MBA is held on alternating weekends (Friday and Saturday) to give busy professionals time to complete their degree in twenty months while balancing work and family commitments.

Seven years of professional experience are required for consideration to the program. This design allows experienced professionals to create a stimulating, close-knit network.

Full-Time MBA

Students in the Full-Time option earn the degree in one year. The program begins in July with two online courses; students begin their courses on the Durham campus in late summer and finish the degree the following July. Students progress through the program as a cohort, developing close relationships and a strong, global, professional network. While the program will consider recent graduates with exceptional academic records from all disciplines, two years of professional work experience are recommended.

Part-Time MBA

The Part-Time evening model offers students the most flexibility to earn their degrees at a pace that works best for them. The program can be completed in as little as twenty months or as long as six years. Approximately 40% of students complete the degree in two years with another 40% completing the degree between two and half to four years. For convenience, classes meet on both the Manchester and Durham campuses.
